Former Raila Odinga adviser, Dr.Miguna Miguna has vowed to return to the country on April this year despite the government disobeying the Court orders to allow him back.
The self-proclaimed National resistance movement (NRMke) General was bundled out of the country after he successfully conducted opposition leader Raila Odinga's mock swearing-in ceremony at Uhuru Park grounds on 30th January 2018.
The fierce lawyer has been a great critic of the Jubilee government with the manner in which it disrespected and violated his human rights.
The government alleged that the advocate renounced his Kenyan citizenship and was not welcomed to the country.
They went ahead to outlaw the NRM Kenya through a Gazette notice issued by interior CS Dr.Fred Matiangi.
Taking to his twitter handle, Dr.Miguna stated that he will return to the country in April on a date he will announce at a later date.
"Pursuant to rights vested upon me by God, my mother, the Constitution of Kenya, 2010, all applicable laws and ORDERS issued by Justices Mwita, Kimaru, Odunga, Aburili and Wakiaga, I hereby announce that I will return in April, 2019 on a date to be announced," read his tweet.
