A picture of Uhuru, Raila and Echesa during the President’s visit in Kisumu on December 14 surfaced online and netizens have been trying to make guesses on what CS Echesa was being told.
In the photo, the facial expression of Uhuru and Raila Odinga betrays their discussion with the CS.
