Bonchari MP John Oyioka is in trouble following his 'dead' proposal to relocate the Sub County headquarters from Kerina to Suneka.
A section of locals mainly from Riana ward where the former MP John Opore hails from said Mr. Oyioka is thinking like a 'rat'.
"Bonchari constituents deserve development and not relocating Kisii South headquarters. It is shameful for the confused MP to come up with a dead proposal which will not sail through," said Isaac Mogaka.
Julius Omete protested the MP's misplaced proposal saying Kerina should continue being the Kisii South headquarters no matter what.
"Oyioka was elected to champion for development but, not relocating offices to his place of choice. In his dead proposal he will be alone because even his supporters won't listen to his ill-plans," said Omete.
Ronald Nguye said Bonchari locals must re-think hard ahead of the 2022 polls.
"As electorates we messed up electing a selfish person who is now interested to move government offices to his home area. He is confused and therefore, he should go home in 2022," noted Nguye.
This comes after it emerged that the MP has plans to relocate the Kisii South District offices to Suneka on grounds that Suneka is a central place.
