The song which pays tribute to the  second-year Medical Records student was titled “Sharon Otieno Tribute.”

The young artists are mourning the mysterious death of one of their own.

Sharon, 26, was seven months pregnant at the time of her death which caused an uproar in the country. She was romantically involved with Migori Governor Okoth Obado.

Several suspects among them Obado'd Personal Assistant Michael Oyamo have been arrested. Oyamo is currently detained at the Muthaiga police station.

In the song, the two condemn those responsible for killing Sharon. The song states that Sharon’s death put an end to her dreams and ambitions, which left her family and friends in great pain.

“Mungu akulaze pema Sharon, natambua kuna watu wengi wamekuzunguka  ikiwemo jamii yako dada, wakiwemo nduguzako dada, wakiwemo rafiki zako dada,” part of the song states.

The duo calls for justice to those who had a hand in her murder.
