Kamket spoke when he accompanied the party leader and possible presidential candidate in 2022 Gideon Moi for a fundraiser in Shinyalu, Kakamega county on Sunday.

He noted that the alliance will bring in more parties to propel the Baringo Senator who doubles up as a son to former President Daniel Moi to the State House.

the lawmaker claimed that they have laid out plans to attract the central Kenya vote, hinting that the alliance in making will include KANU, Amani National Congress and former Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka’s Wiper Party and probably others.

“The formula that was used by Cord in 2013 and NASA in 2017 did not work. We want to add to that matrix Kanu and votes from central Kenya to form the next government. This team will win with a landslide without too much effort,” he was quoted by the Standard.

This comes amid rising temperatures and is apparently a plot to lock out Deputy President William Ruto whose candidature is in the public domain.

However, it is not clear which among the named parties will front the presidential flag-bearer or the running mate.
