The immediate former most powerful leader in the globe is yet to build his house back in his father's home in Kogello, otherwise known as 'simba' in Dholuo, in line with Luo traditions.

According to the Luo Council of Elders Secretary Mzee Adera Osawa, in an interview with the Standard, the former Illinois Senator went out to 'Kapango' (job seeking) and must fulfill the same upon his return.

And as he will be expected to touch down in the country on Monday, July 16, the council is keen on seeing him do away with the pending fulfillment.

The elders have since allocated land for him to build his 'simba'.

Obama was last in Kogello in 2008 during his tenure as Senator after another visit in 1985 while he was still a student at the Harvard University.

In 2015, he visited that nation as President but avoided the village.

He will be, among others, expected to open a youth project spearheaded by his sister Auma Obama in his much anticipated fourth tour of the nation and third of the Siaya county.
