Matiang’i, who has been Uhuru’s favourite CS, is among suspects in the scam after he allegedly was mentioned to have played a part during his stint as Education CS.

The government is said to have lost Sh1.5 billion in buying the land which it turned out was already a public land. This means the government bought its own land.

According to a report seen by this writer, CS Matiang’i and Education PS Belio Kipsang have been grilled.

The interesting thing is how sleuths will arrest Matiang’I if he is found to have charges to answer as he is the security boss in the country.

Already, chief suspect billionaire Francis Mburu and his two sons have been arrested in connection with the scam.
