Such people will show some behavioural signs that prove they are secretly suffering. Here are five signs you are secretly suffering:

1. Not eating well

When you are suffering, you will lose appetite. This will affect your eating patterns. You will sometimes skip meals due to lack of appetite even when you are hungry. Sometimes you will eat junk food instead of eating actual meals. 

2. Always feeling tired

You will always feel tired even after a great night rest. This will simply show there is something hurting your life. You will always feel exhausted that won’t easily go away. 

3. You are easily irritated

It is not normal for a person to be easily irritated. However, when all of a sudden someone becomes easily irritated, this simply means they are suffering in their life. You will always transfer your suffering to every situation hence feeling irritated with everything.

4. Nothing motives you

When you are suffering, you will find everything demotivating. Nothing will motivate you in life. You will find it hard to tackle or even complete simple tasks in your life. 

5. You lose focus

Losing focus in life is a sign you are suffering. You will not be able to tackle your tasks as you used to. More so, you will become forgetful. Losing focus could be because you didn’t have a good sleep or didn’t eat well.
