It is no secret that Citizen TV news presenter Jacky Maribe has a rich network of friends in the high and mighty political spheres.
Since the day her name featured in Monica Kimani's murder, many individuals have come to offer her moral support.
The two notable honorable members of parliament who openly stood with her are the Garissa Township MP Aden Duale and his Gatundu South counterpart Moses Kuria.
The leader of the Majority Aden Duale once hosted the renowned TV queen at his palatial home in Garissa where he opened up on his past life before venturing politics.
One such notable moment is way back in 2014 when the Jubilee die-hard legislator granted the journalist access to his home.
Since then, the duo has enjoyed moments of great friendship.
And when Maribe's name surfaced in the high profile murder probe, Duale was quick to call on the Directorate of Criminal Investigations to conduct detailed investigations to ascertain the real killers of the slain businesswoman.
On his part, Moses Kuria openly showed solidarity with the presenter when he visited her in one of the court sessions where they took photos that were later shared in social media platforms.
The duo first met at Jubilee party rallies that Maribe was frequently assigned to cover.
Ever since then Maribe, Duale, and Kuria have remained good friends.
And even as the murder case continues, Kuria and Duale have remained Maribe's biggest supporters.
