Waiguru who is the former Cabinet Secretary in the Ministry of Devolution and Planning is the brains behind the chain of Huduma Centers across the country.

The county boss has no doubt gone through some ups and downs in her political life.

Her political life has not been smooth following the Sh791 million scandal that hit the National Youth Service (NYS) during her tenure as Devolution CS.

The Ethics and Anti Corruption Commission (EACC) however cleared Waiguru of any wrongdoing.

Just like other politicians who rose from grass to grace, Waiguru has worked hard to acquire the wealth she now enjoys. She is considered one of the wealthiest women in the country.
