Roba says that officials implicated in graft will face the full force of the law.

Governor Roba said that his government is working closely with Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) and other agencies to tame graft.

He said that county staff and officials will soon be audited.

“We are going to carry out a lifestyle audit on all county staff in efforts to ensure accountability and integrity,” he said during Mashujaa day celebrations at Mandera stadium on Saturday.

Roba said that he will not condone graft.

He termed corruption as economic disease that has denied Kenyans access to services and development.

The Governor asked locals to work closely with his government and report county officials who demand for bribes before giving services.
