Popular Milele FM  presenter Alex Mwakideu is mourning the death of his mother who passed away on Tuesday barely four months after his sister Emmy Mwakideu was laid to rest.

Mwakideu on Wednesday eulogised his late mother saying she was the best mother he could ever have.

“For the first time. Am lost. Totally lost. Totally. I don't know what to type, what to do, where to start... I am lost. I will miss you mom. I will miss you so much. And I will love you forever. Thank you for being the BEST mom EVER. Rest with the Angels. #RIPMom,” Mwakideu posted. 

The death of Mwakideu’s mother was first revealed on Wednesday morning by comedian Felix Oduor alias Jalang’o who co-hosts Milele breakfast show with Mwakideu. 

“Good morning! Let's roll! Holding the show together with my brother @chris001ke . Send your prayers to my boss and brother Alex Mwakideu who lost the mum last night! Sad morning but we thank God,” Jalang’o announced before the beginning of their show.

Kenyans, friends have continued to send their condolence messages to the bereaved family.
