Eldoret just like any other town in Kenya has opened up business opportunities to many including the commercial sex workers who have indeed turned up in large numbers.
These twilight girls have employed a lot of methodologies that you should be wary of while you are taking a walk in town.
The tactics, if you are not careful then you may end up being mistreated and empty-pocketed by these twilight girls.
Caro Shiku, a commercial sex worker along Uganda road admits that not each day is a good business day and they are sometimes forced to enter into deeper negotiations with their possible clients.
"It's not always a good day out. If you don't negotiate or sometimes give discounts to your regular clients, then you will be in for a shock," Shiku admits.
These girls will draw themselves to their potential customers and especially in dark places along the streets, gently grabbing at them to arouse their feelings and slowly lifting their short skirts seductively upwards. This, if you are not careful then you will find yourself in their rooms.
Karen Jebii, another sex worker at Oginga Odinga streets says that they sometimes display themselves to their potential customers, fully in their 'uniforms' vividly showing off their silicon butts, enhanced breasts while shouting their prices.
"To try and convinced clients here, sometimes you must shout to them what you are charging for sex services," she said.
It is indeed in Eldoret town that these twilight girls seem to have employed all these dirty tricks that one should always exercise much caution lest you will fall under their traps.
So the next time you walk along the streets in town be careful and more cautious.
