It is barely a month after the body of Sharon Otieno a student of Rongo University was found dead after being tortured, yet again another body has was dumped at Sensi river in Kisii County.
The body of the unknown person was found along the river on Kisii-Mbanda road where the residents could not identify the person saying it must have been dumped there after the person was killed.
The residents were shocked by the incident since the eyes were plucked off with many bruises all over the body.
"This person does not belong to this area. We don't know him. No one seems to trace his identity," Joseph Ombura a resident said.
"The person is not a from this region. He was killed and dumped here. No one knows his identity." Another resident, Maureen Okemwa said.
Samwel Morara the area chief condemned the act of brutality.
"It is evil to kill another person under whatever circumstances. It is against the Kenyan law," he said.
The police officers came and took the dead body to the morgue as the details of the deceased remain scanty.
