Already, those in charge have recruited youthful loyalists who meet often in various counties with the Nyamira team leading by example.

His chief campaign strategist David Ogwagwa, says the team will be ready for launching in February and will officially lead Ruto's campaigns across the country.

"They underwent thorough vetting. We started from Nyamira and by February, the movement will have all regions on board and will be ready for launching.

"We are expecting the event to be on live TV and all Jubilee leaders will be present. We have coordinators and secretaries from all regions and we used Nyamira for pilot study."

Initially, the team had chosen colours representing those of defunct URP (Black and Yellow) organisers are reconsidering the decision.

Secretary to the team Job Ong'era insists that only committed fellows are allowed to join the team. Further, he says, the team, with same structure as YK92, will work on volunteer basis.

"These are young volunteers. They have worked in Nyamira for few months and we want to spread it across the country."

Nominated MP Gideon Keter and Youth Secretary in Ruto's office Mr Antony Kibagendi are working behind the team to foster success.
