When two parties fight, making up is always the hardest thing to do.
During resolution, two outcomes should be expected;
The parties involved might decide to forgive each other and move on.
While on the other hand, one party might need some time to absorb everything to decide on what to do next.
However, here are some ways which anyone can use to make up things after a big fight:
1. Negotiation
In some instances, the parties involved might be fighting because they each want to benefit from something.
In this case, both parties can patch up things by negotiating.
Negotiation between parties should include an agreement on who to have what and forget about the misunderstanding between them.
2. Agree to disagree
In some situations, the parties involved in a fight might not be willing to patch up things.
Under this situation, for people to move on, they have to agree that sometimes it’s okay to disagree.
However, the conflicting parties should agree to put aside the grudge that exists between them.
3. An apology
This is a common way of solving a misunderstanding between conflicting individuals.
It is hard for one side to take the blame and decide to apologise, but this is the best way to solve a misunderstanding.
