Political analyst Ambrose Weda has ranked Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang'i the best among his colleagues.
In an interview on KBC English Service Wednesday morning, Weda took issue with the remaining ministers for failing to deliver in line with Kenyans expectations.
He said that Matiang'i who also held the education docket previously has managed to stand out, and is enjoying massive admiration from Kenyans who can clearly feel the effect of his job since he came to office during President Uhuru Kenyatta's first term.
''Some people would even worship Matiang'i because he has managed to make things work in whichever docket he is given. Kenyans can at-least see the fruits of his work,'' said Weda.
Most of the remaining Ministers, he observed, have no notable achievements.
''Many would observe that the others are completely down and have nothing notable to show for their stay in office,'' he added.
Matiang'i has since taken the driver's seat in the ongoing crackdown on public service vehicles in an attempt to restore sanity in the roads.
This also seeks to ensure total complete compliance with the Michuki rules.
The same has continued despite lamentations from the matatu sector, leading to a shortage of vehicles on the roads as some operators decided to keep off the roads to avoid being impounded.
