Lawyer cum activist Miguna Miguna has said that the main problem the country has been facing is the culture of impunity.
The former Nairobi gubernatorial candidate said that corruption is not the main problem this nation.
He further claimed that President Uhuru Kenyatta, Deputy President William Ruto, former President Daniel Moi and former Prime Minister Raila Amolo Odinga’s families are entirely to blame for the problems the country continues to face over years.
“The main problem in Kenya is not corruption. It is the culture of impunity being perpetrated by Uhuru Kenyatta, Ruto, the Kenyatta, Moi and @RailaOdinga families. Human rights abuse, graft, election theft and disobedience of court orders are by-products of the culture of impunity,” Miguna tweeted on Monday.
The controversial lawyer has been urging Kenyans to stand up against the Jubilee regime for the sake of what he terms as the third and final liberation of this nation.
He believes the President and his Deputy have not done much to change the lives of the people since they were elected in 2013.
Miguna who was deported to Canada argues that the Jubilee government lacks the will of the people of Kenya at heart.
He has been lamenting over cases of impunity and corruption in the government and appealing to leaders to stand with the taxpayer in the course of a revolution.
