Makueni County Senator Mutula Kilonzo Jnr has been rushed to hospital in Nandi.

The vocal senator collapsed as he was having lunch at a Nandi hotel together with senators Mohamed Faki, Rose Nyamunga, Boniface Kabaka, Juma Boy, Kinyua Nderitu and Stewart Madzayo.

Yusuf Haji, Susan Kihika and Rose Nyamunga were also present.

One of the senators told this writer that 'he just collapsed'.

First aid was administered before it was seen 'that it was a serious incident and he was rushed to the hospital'.
