Since the inception of the constitution, Kenyans were optimistic that the cost of living would have gone down especially with Devolution which was 'celebrated' as a possible saviour.

Devolution was a good and noble idea which was to ensure there is a separation of power between the two facets of government.

The Kenyan wage bill rose as high than anyone could imagine since the constitution created more political positions of power which had no impact to the common people.

Without much ado, the Kenyan people need the constitutional change in order to reduce the wage bill which is a burden to the poor Wananchi, that comes socioeconomic and political implications.

The constitutional change will give Kenyans an avenue to make radical changes in the Judiciary which has failed Kenyans in dispensing Justice and upholding the rule of law.

There's a need for constitutional change in order to repeal sections of the law which will give the Office of the Director of Prosecution power and authority to form tribunals to try cases within their jurisdiction.
