Former North Mugirango/ Borabu MP and President Daniel moi loyalist Nyarangi Moturi has died.
Though news about his death remain scanty, the former assistant minister was first elected in the infamous 1988 Mlolongo elections and failed to make it back at the eve of multiparty democracy.
During the advent of the pluralism, Mr. Moturi was chief campaigner of retired President Daniel Moi in the current Nyamira County.
And his subsequent outing in politics were disastrous with his 2013 senatorial ambitions flopping.
Mr. Moturi is the founder of the little known Chama Cha Mwananchi which he formed in 2013 months to elections.
The larger North Mugirango/Borabu constituency was split into North Mugirango and Borabu in 2012 by IEBC.
Until his death, Mr. Moturi has been managing his businesses at Amakara home in Borabu and Nairobi.
