Most of us have forgotten the real meaning of life and rather coupled it with excuses, work, different chores and work making it more difficult than it is.
You only have to focus on what you want and either make life simple or complex.

1. You compare your life with others
People go through many paths to achieve what they want. Do not subject yourself to measuring how much they have succeeded than you. This will only make you get worried, jealous and lower your self-confidence.
Focus only on your life and try to make it better.
2. You care much about what others will say
Life might be becoming hard for you since you do not grab opportunities that will make you a better person because you are wondering what others will think, how they might look down on you or how negatively they will talk about you.
You are not made to please anyone and you do not need any person to validate your life.
3. You made decisions out of fear
You could be making decisions because of fear. Remember that fear only dwells in your mind, step out with courage and choose what you want without fear and determination and life will be better.
4. You look down on yourself
Once you utter negative words to yourself, you will think you are unworthy and end giving up working out. Note that everyone has flaws and no one was born rich or successful. Take life easy by using positive words that will help you sail through.
