Gospel musician Bahati has revealed that his marriage has not been a bed of roses.
In an interview with K24, Bahati recounted the challenges he faced during his first two years of their marriage.
He noted that the relationship was marred by on-and-off breaks ups but he kept his faith.
The youthful artist said he almost gave up when things became hard on his side but the love of God Kept him going even when a voice tried to convince him to call it a day with his wife, Diana Marua.
Bahati also said that Diana is not the kind of woman who easily gives up.
The singer also revealed that the wife is a hardworking woman who cannot be brought down easily, adding that he remains his pillar of strength during good and bad times in life.
The musician at some point highlighted that the wife used to pack her things and leave then come back when life became unbearable but above all, she loved him from the bottom of her heart.
“During our first two years of dating, I was forced to be humble by Diana. She is that type of a woman, who when she wrongs you, she won’t easily say: ‘I am sorry’. The first two years, she packed her things and left my house several times. She would pack, go and come back; pack again, go and come back. For her, saying ‘sorry’ is very hard,” Bhati said, as quoted by K24.
