Ford Kenya Party Leader Moses Wetangula is fit to vie for Presidency in 2022, a vocal legislator has said.
West Mugirango MP Vincent Kemosi on Wednesday in an interview at Radio citizen said Wetangula should stop postponing vying for the country's top seat.
"Wetangula must prepare himself to vie for Presidency on a Ford Kenya party ticket because he is an experienced leader," he said.
Kemosi, who was elected on a Ford Kenya Party ticket said Raila is tired.
"Raila Odinga is tired and should not be allowed to vie for Presidency in 2022. Wetangula must be at the front line to ensure he gets opposition support to vie for Presidency," he stated.
The lawmaker reiterated that if opposition allows Raila to vie for Presidency again in 2022, Deputy William Ruto will sail through.
"Ruto may win easily if Raila will be in the ballot vying for the country's top seat in 2022. Wetangula is a good deal to give DP Ruto a run for his money," he noted.
