Ingwe currently is in unfamiliar territory, lying in position 17 with 10 points, one above bottom-placed Mount Kenya United.

AFC Leopards Secretary-General Oscar Igaida admitted that the team needs to add more players next season to help the team.

"We will definitely make some changes in the team by signing about three to four players to help the team get out of current state," he said.

Igaida further stated that the club management will work hand in hand with coach Andre Cassa Mbungu when making the signings.

"It is the coach who will identify positions he wants to strengthen and we will rely on him when acquiring new players," he added.

AFC poor performance has not gone down well with the fans who are demanding the club's officials to resign and new ones appointed,

The club has also formed a task force team to help to it gain back its claws.
