Harambee Stars will look to bounce back from a shock defeat to Algeria last weekend, as they take on neighbours Tanzania, in their second group match on Thursday.
Their 2-0 defeat to Algeria was the first time Harambee Stars have been beaten by a two goal margin in their last 9 fixtures.
If they are to recover, they will have to overcome a Tanzanian side who are desperate for points after losing 2-0 to Senegal.
In terms of form, Tanzania has not been consistent losing four out of its last eight matches.
Basing on the teams recent form, Kenya has an upper hand. Coach Sebastien Migne should exploit Tanzania's woes and deploy an attacking team.
While attacking, players should press from the front since Tanzania has shown that it does not have a strong defense.
In the last match, Tanzania conceded 24 shots with 10 of them being on target.
The coach also needs to get his selection right, and give preference to creative, fast, and highly skilled players.
Success tomorrow will not just depend on mistakes from Taifa Stars, but also the ability of the Kenyan squad to maximise on the available opportunities.
