The vocal rebel Jubilee MP further swore to the name of 'his' Hero Jean Marie Seroney that the fight against corruption was nonstop.

In a post on his official Facebook page moments after his win was upheld by the Supreme Court, Friday, Keter also told his critics that he was back.

"My detractors must know that I'm back in parliament with a full swing and won't relent in the fight against graft. I want to thank President Uhuru Kenyatta for supporting the fight of corruption," reads part of the MPs post.

"I thank God because I have come out victorious and I want to thank everyone who voted for me and supported my leadership," he added.

The Supreme Court on Friday ruled that Keter was validly elected, upholding a Court of Appeal decision to overturn a High Court ruling that had on March 1 said he was not validly elected.

In the ruling, the apex court said the petitioner Bernard Kitur failed to provide sufficient evidence to prove that Keter engaged in illegal campaigns.
