Political analyst Mutahi Ngunyi has now threatened to file a suit against former NASA strategist and economist David Ndii.
This comes after Ngunyi accused Ndii of sensationally referring to him as a thief.
In a tweet on Friday, Ngunyi defended himself saying that all the charges that have been brought against him in the past have been withdrawn.
Ngunyi has now declared that he will sue Ndii if he repeats the remarks.
"This is a brotherly NOTICE to @DavidNdii. I NEVER stole from NYS. I NEVER stole from FORD. I was SUED by FORD for paying John Githongo, Dr Willy Mutunga and Jonathan Moyo. Check the COURT PAPERS. FORD Withdrew CASE. Next TIME Ndii calls me a THIEF, I will SUE him BIG time," he tweeted.
In 2016, Mutahi Ngunyi was named in the NYS scandal over allegations of receiving payment without an invoice.
Former NYS General Kiplimo Rugut during a summon by the National Assembly Public Accounts Committee claimed that Ngunyi received Sh90 million in a consultancy deal he landed at the Devolution Ministry.
Ngunyi later offered to refund the money if an audit proved that indeed he was paid for services not rendered.
