Posting a screenshot of a fake account bearing his name, the MP warned the public to beware of the counterfeit account.

He insisted that he only had one account he runs.

"HEY PEOPLE! Just wanted to let you all know this is my ONLY Facebook Page account. Unfollow/unlike and avoid any fake/impersonator accounts to avoid confusion," noted the vocal MP in the post on his official Facebook page

The Facebook account Sudi, a close ally of Deputy President William Ruto has termed as fake contained a list of 260 MP's purportedly in support of Siaya Senator James Orengo's plot to impeach the DP.

"The below account is fake," remarked the MP as he posted the screenshot of the imposter's account.

It is not the first time that Sudi is disowning the impersonator account. In January 2019, the legislator cautioned Facebook users over the same account, when malicious posts attacking Mombasa governor Hassan Joho were posted on it.

He, at the time, noted that he had taken legal action against the culprit who registered the aforementioned account. This is the link to the post:

However, it seems that either efforts to bring the criminal to book has become fruitless or the process to nail him/her down is still on course, as occasioned by the reported developments.
