Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang'i now says he's not spare police officers and reckless drives on Kenyan killer roads.
On Saturday at Nyamira, the outspoken minister insisted that he won't 'condone nonsense', adding that Kenyans safety comes first.
"It is quite unfortunate that we are losing many people through road accidents. This habit is sickening and I am tired with it," he said, adding that he will take action.
Last week, over 58 people perished in Kericho when a Kakamega bound bus veered off the road, rolling down the hill severally.
And to restore order, Matiang'i added, his officers should either do their jobs or 'handover to those who are willing to bring order'.
"This nonsense must stop immediately. Police officers ought to do their job and those who are not ready, let them quit. We must bring to book reckless drivers," he said.
Earlier on at Menyenya on Friday, Matiang'i vowed to revisit certain traffic laws that are yet to be implemented.
