Before conception, women are urged to be visiting their gynaecologists as frequent as possible for check-ups prior to conception.

4. Cleaning up the wrecked lifestyle

Practices such as smoking and drinking are very hazardous to pregnancy, and therefore, women planning to conceive should clean up all these and embark on a healthy lifestyle.
