The nurses protested amid sack threat from county governors.
They have been on strike for over three months.
On Sunday Council of Governors insisted that governors will sack all nurses who have not resumed duty and advertise their positions.
On September 1, Employment and Labour Relations Court declared the strike illegal but the nurses have not resumed work yet.
Kenya National Union of Nurses, Knun, leaders have refused to call off the strike until their CBA is signed and implemented.
