Nandi Hills legislator Alfred Keter has vowed not to relent in the fight against corruption.
Keter made the remarks shortly after the Supreme Court upheld his victory in the 2017 polls.
This comes after the High Court in March nullified Keter's win following a petition filed by his rival Kibor Kitur.
In a post on his Facebook page on Friday, the outspoken MP noted that a group of cartels seeks to finish him politically for being vocal against graft.
“Kenyans know cartels that are fighting me. I thank God because I have come out victorious and I want to thank everyone who voted for me and supported my leadership,” said Keter.
He, however, did not mention the names of the individuals said to be plotting his political downfall.
The MP further lauded President Uhuru Kenyatta for cracking the whip on corruption and vowed to use his powers as a member of the National Assembly to fight the menace.
“My detractors must know that I'm back in parliament with a full swing and won't relent in the fight against graft. I want to thank President Uhuru Kenyatta for supporting the fight of corruption,” he poted.
"I'm back, I swear to my hero Jean Marie Seroney that fighting against corruption is nonstop," added the MP.
