Detectives probing the murder of Monica Nyawira have summoned three media personalities ‘close to Jacque Maribe’.
The three, Terryanne Chebet, Shix Kapyenga, and Monica Kiragu, have been told to record statements at the Kilimani DCI offices on Monday.
Their statements are being sought in relation to the murder of 29-year-old Monica Kimani.
Kimani was allegedly killed by Maribe’s boyfriend Joseph Irungu.
Both Irungu and Maribe are behind bars.
The embattled TV star was arrested on Saturday and is expected to be charged on Monday.
Police said Maribe will be charged as an accessory to the murder.
Other charges will be having a firearm without clearance from the government after a bullet was found in her house.
Irungu is said to be the last person seen at Monica's Kilimani apartment before she was found dead the following day.
She was buried on Friday at their Nakuru farm in Kairi village, Gilgil.
