The Head of State is expected to tour Kisumu on Thursday to preside over the launch of universal health coverage pilot phase which is one of his Big Four agenda.

But firebrand lawyer Miguna Miguna has said Uhuru and his host ODM leader Raila Odinga are not welcome in Nyanza and asked residents to demonstrate against the much publicised tour.

"I, General Miguna Miguna, the Commander-In-Chief of the NRMKe, hereby declare that the Tyrant @UKenyatta is NOT welcome in Nyanza. I appeal to all patriots and justice-loving Kenyans to turn out in huge numbers and PROTEST against @UKenyatta and TRAITOR @RailaOdinga on Dec. 13!"he tweeted on Tuesday.

He urged residents of the Nyanza region to carry coffins and images of the post-election victims during the protest.

"Carr coffins, images of all innocent victims of Uhuru Kenyatta's brutal and barbaric violence! Show the despots and tyrants that Power belongs too the people," he posted on Facebook.

The lawyer is currently in Canada after he was deported following the swearing-in of Odinga as People's President in January.
