The tweet made fun of the academic credentials of the former ODM youth leader who rose to a cabinet secretary position in spite of his poor academic background.

Last week, CS Echesa lashed out at veteran opposition leader Raila Odinga, accusing him of planning his ouster from the cabinet.

The spat appears not have gone well with Babu Owino who responded in a tweet.
