The rivalry between Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria and controversial blogger Cyprian has been renewed after the two clashed on Twitter.
In a Twitter post on Friday, Nyakundi insulted the vocal MP, referring to him as a dog.The tweet seemed to have irked Kuria, who responded to the post by asking Nyakundi to repeat the insult for record purposes.
However, in a quick rejoinder, Nyakundi argued that the MP is not the only Kenyan named Moses Kuria, adding that he did not tag the lawmaker in the post. The post came about after Nyakundi congratulated Director of Public Prosecution Noordin Haji for spearheading the war against graft in the country. The blogger called for the arrest of Kiambu Governor Ferdinand Waititu over claims of misappropriation of public funds. This comes after the DPP on Wednesday approved the prosecution of Busia Governor Sospeter Ojaamong alongside other county staff over allegations of misuse of funds and abuse of office. The county boss has been linked to the loss of Sh8 million in a waste disposal tender.
