When you discover that your partner is cheating on you, there are only two things to do – forgive or break up.
The feelings of anger, betrayal and disappointment in having trusted someone who did not value that trust can be blinding.
In some instances, it is quite hard to forgive your cheating partner, and at this point, a break up is inevitable.
1.He/she is a repeat offender
There is no plausible reason to forgive someone who has cheated on you before.
If he or she has repeated it, the chances are high that they will do it again.
The best course of action is to let go of them and find someone else who values your trust.
2. He/she keeps lying to you
There are little things in a relationship that can make or break it.
Lying about them means that your partner does not value the relationship that much.
As such, he or she may cheat without any qualms whatsoever because he does not care at all.
3. Your partner hasn’t stopped communicating with his/her ex
An ex is always a threat in a relationship.
He or she belongs to the past, and your partner must demonstrate it to you.
If he/she keeps in touch with an ex, it means that they did not move on and would cheat on you at the slightest opportunity.
