Terminal Operations, the defending champions of the ongoing KPA annual interdepartmental tournament have rekindled hopes of qualifying for the knockouts following their 2-0 win against Conventional Cargo Operations in their last Group A match.
Terminal Operations now currently stand at second position in the pool with 9 points same as leaders Terminal Engineering who have a superior goal difference and a game at hand.
The defending champions now have to wait for the match between Terminal Engineering and third placed Port Police who have 6 points to know their fate.
In Pool A, already Conventional Cargo Operations and Conventional Cargo Engineering have been eliminated from the competition.
In Pool B, Security Services tops with 9 points followed by Inland Container Depot Nairobi (ICDN) with 6 points, Administration 4 points and Marine Services 4 points after playing the first three matches.
In this group Port Electrical bowed out of the competition after losing all the matches.
This year's edition has been so competitive that the teams qualifying have to be decided by the last group matches.
