National Resistance Movement (NRM) Kenya leader Dr Miguna Miguna has launched a scathing 'attack' on former Devolution Cabinet Secretary, Ann Waiguru branding her as Miss Impunity.
Miguna who has been out of the country since March 29 when he was deported to Canada after differing with the government, said Waiguru is one Kenyan who should never speak of the fight against corruption.
"Miss Impunity Anne Waiguru, you are a 'Rolls Royce Mistress' of a despot who single-handedly made you a multi-billionaire by stealing Sh50 billion of public money in NYS when the highest achievement you had attained before was John Githongo's clerk and David Ndii's personal assistant," he said in a tweet.
According to Miguna, Waiguru oversaw the loss of Sh791 million at the National Youth Service when she was CS and carries the burden of telling Kenyans how the money vanished and who were beneficiaries.
Miguna twitted shortly before Waiguru declared that she knew, even after her departure at the Devolution Ministry that more money would be lost.
"It is no wonder that three years after I left the ministry, the same NYS department is engulfed in another major scandal of Sh10 billion, 10 times larger than the initial one," she said as quoted by the Standard.
Miguna has been at the forefront criticizing the Jubilee administration over run-away corruption.
