However, in a video shared online, CS Balala bashed on his critics telling them to "go to hell." More so, he reminded those criticizing him that he will not be intimidated over the death of rhinos.

CS Balala had initially halted the services of six top KWS officers who took a great part in the tragic relocation. As the head of the tourism sector in Kenya, many, including his fellow politicians are criticizing him for not overseeing that the relocation is carried out keenly and also for sacking top KWS officials.

"I will stand for what is right...These are sideshows....nobody appointed me. It is only Uhuru Kenyatta who has appointed me...they can go to hell and I can tell them that...I don't want to comment about the rhinos but they can go to hell," said CS Balala.

"It is Uhuru Kenyatta who knows I have the capacity to run the wildlife docket and nobody will intimidate me, they want to destroy KWS so that they can take over the parks and start using emotions of international people to raise funds for their lifestyles that are not accountable.” He continued.

Even as people go ahead in criticizing him, CS Balala made a great step in coming together to work with Governor Joho for the betterment of Mombasa City.
