Exiled lawyer Miguna Miguna has differed with opposition leader Raila Odinga again, days after his appearance in Citizen TV interview.
The Canada-based lawyer has branded Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party leader a conman, 'a cowardly betrayer', who has forgotten the sufferings Kenyans went through during the last general elections.
Mr Odinga was defeated by President Uhuru Kenyatta during 2017 elections, that witnessed divisions among Kenyans before the two leaders settled to work together.
Since then, Odinga has been working hand-in-hand with the President in uniting Kenyans.
Miguna, while reacting to Mr Odinga's tweet that urged Kenyans to forget their past and embrace unity, said Odinga is forgetful.
"As a people we need to forget the pains of the past and move forward while overcoming the urge to be bitter and vengeful. Kenyans have suffered during various epochs in our history, let us strive together to build a united country with equal opportunity for all Happy," Odinga tweeted.
However, Miguna did not agree with what Odinga had tweeted. Miguna said Odinga was betraying Kenyans who suffered for supporting him.
"To the People's Conman @RailaOdinga: We cannot forget the thousands who have been tortured, maimed, injured or killed by Uhuru Kenyatta. A people who forget their past have no future. Victims of repression are entitled to JUSTICE. You are a cowardly betrayer," Miguna replied to Odinga's tweet.
Miguna has been attacking Odinga and other leaders ever. since he was deported from Kenya.
