To all Malindi Constituency people.

We have come a long way as yet again we celebrate the end of an extraordinary year and looking forward to 2019.

Where we are today is different from where we were so many years ago and the impact has been felt in the lives of my constituents.

Despite the myriad challenges I have faced, I believe I have made a great progress in various fields in our Constituency.

In the Education sector, I am yet to officially hand-over the Malindi Sub-County Education office which is remarkable, Shomani Girls National School that is still under construction and not forgetting the InuaMtotoWaMalindiKutokaKwenyeSakafu Initiative where my office through NG-CDF has delivered desks to more than 25 schools in the first phase.

This is to ensure that all pupils sit in class under a conducive environment. In addition, we have completed construction of several classrooms, administration blocks and toilets in a number of schools across the Constituency. Yet more school projects are work in progress.

In Sports, the football clubs in Malindi for the first time have their own bus under FKF donated by 'Hon. Aisha Jumwa' and registered over 30 football clubs with FKF in Malindi Sub-branch to enable them participate in either the District or County leagues respectively.

I have collaborated with women groups across the Constituency and initiated a women microfinance Enterprise in Malindi under the banner 'Naona Mwangaza Women Development Initiative' which envisions to encourage savings in order to provide financial freedoms among women through cheap loans.

Also I have supported various youth and elders groups that have been self-empowered in the society that have really enhanced social and economic development in the society.

As we look back, I am proud and confident of the steps I took because today, even the Tsokarisa and Hawes Karisa would agree they are enjoying the benefits that I have promised to deliver in my one year.

I again promise to continue to work each and everyday to better the lives of Malindians.

Once again, I sincerely wish to convey my best wishes and it’s my prayer that Twenty Nineteen (2019) will be a year of great promise, happiness and prosperity for all.

HAPPY NEY YEAR

GOD BLESS YOU!!!"
