The feud that lasted for months came into a culmination of Friday when Chiloba was kicked out of the office on the pretext that he failed to honour disciplinary summons.

But in a memo, Chiloba said: "I tried my best to work for you. You never trusted me despite my committments to make the IEBC succeed."

"I stood with you that night when everybody abandoned you but still, you never trusted me. Now you've turned against me to hide your own inefficiencies," claimed Chiloba.

The commission accused Chiloba of misappropriation of funds meant for August 8th elections last year with billions believed to have been swindled through fraudulent procurement.

Already, IEBC boss Wafula Chebukati has written to the DPP Noordin Haji asking for prosecution of Mr. Chiloba, who is currently in Oxford for further studies.

But Chiloba insists that if their was any mistake in procurement, it must have emanated from junior officers in the secretariat.
