Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria seems to have rubbed some quarters the wrong way after he ‘lectured’ President Uhuru Kenyatta during New Year’s Eve.
In a video that went viral, Kuria hit out at the President accusing him of neglecting Kiambu in terms of development and instead only launches ‘certificates of alcohol’.
The remarks saw several leaders, among them former Kiambu county boss William Kabogo, accuse the MP of disrespecting the President.
Two days later on Jan 2, 2019, Kuria’s brother who is a minister in Kiambu County Government has received a letter sending him on leave.
Here is the letter he received
Kabogo raised concerns on the development.
"This looks like Hon. MK’s brother. Even assuming MK has done something wrong to Waititu. Ezekiel 18:20 The soul who sins shall die. The son shall not suffer for the iniquity of the father, nor the father suffers for the iniquity of the son," he said.
