Eric Musila, an Administration Police who was accused of killing Kalenjin top musician the late Diana Musila alias Chelele as been freed by the high court.
A judge who was presiding over the case freed Musila, ex-husband to the late artist citing poor investigations.

The police officer was accused of killing the musician who was on her prime life back on January 7, 2016.
Chelele who left behind two twin daughters who are twins was found dead in her house in Kapkwen, Bomet county after disappearing for three days.
The ex-husband had earlier been arrested in 2012 and charged with the murder of Eldoret surveyor Eliud Yego in an alleged love triangle.
He was found guilty in a ruling made on April 9, 2019.
Chelele who was a form three drop out of Chebonei High School had established herself as one of the best performing Kalenjin artists.
She performed in several road shows and events across the region.
