A theft suspect stunned a courtroom as she narrated how her mother disliked her boyfriend for ‘having a small penis’.
The incident happened on Thursday before chief Magistrate Francis Andayi where Cynthia Cherop is charged alongside her boyfriend Josephat Ng’ang’a.
Cherop said her mother had accused them of stealing money because she did not like her boyfriend.
The Moi University student told the courtroom that her mother disliked the boyfriend ‘and said he has a small penis and even promised to get another man who can satisfy me.’
Cherop’s mother is Milka Sitati, a top employee with the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC).
Ng’ang’a denied the charges but Cherop later pleaded guilty to siphoning Sh30 000 from her mother.
