Tottenham Hotspurs are in talks to sell Harambee Stars captain Victor Wanyama to Belgium heavy weights Club Brugge.
Wanyama, 28, who is under contract at Tottenham until 2021 looks set to move to Brugge before the close of the European transfer market set for Monday.
The Belgian side has entered into negotiations to sign Wanyama, but Spurs are reportedly demanding £10M for the midfielder.
Wanyama really struggled last season for game time after recovering from a knee injury, although he played an integral part in both legs of Spurs' Champions league semi-final triumph against Ajax.
Tottenham are looking to win the English Premier league after finishing third last season, and see Wanyama as no longer part of their future plans following the arrival of Lyon midfielder Tanguy Ndombele in the summer.
Wanyama has not won any trophy with the London club, and has made 67 appearances, scoring 6 goals for the club since joining from Southampton in 2016.
The club is currently well into the season having won 3-1 at home against Aston Villa in the opener, whilst drawing 2-2 away to Manchester city in the second Premier League game where Wanyama was not named in Spurs' travelling squad.
The team is scheduled to play Newcastle in game week three on August 25.
