Certain juices can make you fall asleep in no time.

They are said to trigger the hormones responsible for causing sleepiness.

Here are the juices that can help you fall asleep faster if you have insomnia or frequently find it difficult to fall asleep:

1. Cherry sleep juiceThis juice is associated with so many functions including helping to cure sleeping disorders. It is said to contain melatonin, a hormone that can help you sleep. This is how to make the juice; in a container, add orange juice, 2 cups of cherries, 1/2 cup of coconut milk, and one tablespoon of vanilla. Mix these ingredients to get the cherry sleep juice. 2. Grapefruit Insomnia ElixirThis is also another juice that can help you fall asleep faster.  In a glass, add lime juice, grapefruit juice, apple juice and celery juice. Then mix them. 

This juice is generally laced with antioxidants that are of great importance in the body. They are said to trigger melatonin hormones. 

3. Bruxism

This is another drink that can help you fall asleep so fast. 

Here is the recipe to make the juice; 

Blend 4 carrots, 6 ribs of celery, a handful of spinach, a handful of parsley, lemon juice and 1/4 pineapple. Then drink the juice.
