An elected Member of Parliament in Kisii county perceived to be a close ally to Deputy President William Ruto has changed tactics of his leadership.
South Mugirango Member of Parliament Silvanus Osoro on Monday traversed Boikanga ward where he interacted with locals.
The lawmaker confirmed that he has chosen to sit down with his people to know the development projects which should be given priority.
"I have changed the way I'm offering services to my people. I won't use anyone to reach my people and this is why I have decided to walk around the constituency to get the views from the people on the projects to be given first priority," he noted.
Mr Osoro stated that he will not condone political brokers to taint his good name.
He assured residents that there is no corner of the constituency he will discriminate.
"I have been reading on social media some individuals claiming that I have sidelined Monianku area. I want to confirm here today that there is no region that will be left behind. All residents deserve development irrespective of how they voted in 2017," said Osoro.
